I would like to discuss procrastination. Let's chat.
I think that procrastination is a self inflicted disability.
What should I know about procrastination?
Why do people procrastinate? In the following prompts, I will give you one of the reasons that I can think of. Tell me whether that is a valid reason and why it leads to procrastination. Further, If it is a valid reason then how to overcome that particular reason.

- Stress due to backlog.
- It is boring.

- Forgot or didn't remember?
- Not a habit, not part of routine.
- Not motivated.
- No willpower.
- No discipline.
- Don't see why I should do it.
- Fear of failure
- Decision fatigue
- Anxiety

- Not fun.
- Don't know what to do.
- Don't know how to do it.
- Don't see the light at the end of the tunnel
