Self Help: Thoughts and Ideas
The most important contributor to one's own progress is the help that one can give oneself; that is Self-Help.
The starting point of self-help is to "have a breadth of information". This information comes in the form of "Thoughts and Ideas" that others have documented in various articles, books and videos.
It is important to be aware of the breadth of information available. To that end, categorize all detailed topics under the general umbrella category of "Self Help" into 20 categories. Show me the categories.
It is also important to maintain a list of all the topics that one gets interested in. All one needs is a one-liner topic, and AI chat-bots can provide information on that topic.
For self-help to be effective, I must act on the information that I obtain and agree with. Knowledge without action is just entertainment, and, too much entertainment is a waste of our limited time.
Different people will have different items on their list. It is useful to peek at someone else's list too. Sharing one's own list with others is also useful. The thought is: if it is useful for me, it could be useful for others, so, I will let them see my list.
There are many good articles, books and videos about various aspects of Self-Help on the internet and you are aware of many of these. In the context of "Self Help" information from the various sources, I would like to chat. I am not using your services as a search engine. So, please do not provide me links to any material. Those links distract me and make me lose my focus. I have a list of "topic names" or "specific event names" that indicate some self help information. I will give you each of these names in each successive prompt/paragraph. For each of these names and the videos that it indicates, can you itemize the key pieces of advice from all those videos. For each of those key pieces of advice, provide me a memorable short title, a comprehensive description of the core advice, its emotional significance, its philosophical and psychological connections, its practical application, a vivid example of that advice in action. I want to understand not just what the advice is, but why it matters and how it shows up in real life. Format your thoughts (that is, your output) properly for readability and focus. Are you ready?
